  • 1. How to order

    Differing from our daily necessities, stage lighting has many parameters and complex functions. It requires more consultation before placing an order. In addition, the weight and size of stage lights are large, manual quotation is required. Therefore, when you are ready for order, especially for larger quantities, please contact our customer service for manual quotation, and we will give you the best offer.

  • 2. How much is shipping and how long will it take?

    Shipping cost varies by weight, size and location. We provide air, sea and train shipping to cater the need of our clients.

    As to delivery time, air shipping usually takes 7-15 working days, while sea and train shipping normally takes 25-45 working days. 

    Stage lighting is heavy and large size item, shipping cost can be very different even for minor error.

  • 3. How long is the production lead time?

    The production lead time for each product is different depending on how fast the material arrives and how many pieces you order. If you need further clarification, please send our customer support the product link and quantity,  we will check for you.
    However, We keep some stocks for popular models in case our clients want samples. If the quantity is within 5 pieces, we mostly have ready stock. 

  • 4. What are the available packaging options ?

    Our standard packaging option is cardboard carton. Flight case is available at additional cost. 

    Packaging customization is also available. Kindly contact our customer support for more info if you are interested.

  • 1. What are the available payment methods ?

    T/T, Paypal, Credit card, MoneyGram,Western Union, Alipay, Wechat pay, Wise are all available . 

    However, Paypal, credit card, MoneyGram,Western Union and Wise are for order within 15,000 USD. 

  • 2. Is my payment safe?

    If you are a new customer, we fully understand your concerns and we want to make sure you feel comfortable of your payment. Your first order will be drafted thru Alibaba Trade Assurance which your payment will not be given to us until you confirm the receipt of the goods

  • 2. Do you provide Libraries and User Manuals

    Yes , we do . We provide both E-copy and print copy for user manuals. 

    For libraries, MA, D4 versions are the most common ones

  • 3. What is your minimum order quantity?

    Our MOQ is 4 pieces, however, if you are ordering a sample, we are open to any quantities.

  • 4. Can I add my logo

    Yes, logo customization is available for MOQ of 20 pieces.

    Yes, we provide online tech support for lighting installation. On site lighting installation is also available for extra fee.

  • 3. Can I arrange the shipment by myself?

    Yes, In-house pickup is available。 If you are shipping with a forwarder, we can also send the goods to your forwarder in China. 

  • 4. Can I customize a flight case

    Yes, color, logo, size customization for flight case are available.
